New Builds & Alterations

Parker and Son have always based most of their work around new builds and alterations to existing properties like hotels, motels, houses, flats and restaurants.

We carry out every aspect of any build thanks to an extensive experience amongst our team in all kinds of building works. Typical projects include all kinds of new builds, extensions, repairs, alterations and landscaping, and we have particular specialist training and experience in surveying and roofing projects of all kinds.

As builders we are members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen and Federation of Master Builders and as roofers are authorised installers for Sealoflex, Marley and Redland in addition to membership of the Confederation of Roofing Contractors, all of which requires us to adhere to strict codes of conduct covering quality of work and levels of customer service.
