Besides our wide range of regular new building and roofing services we also carry out refurbishments on current properties including specialist conservation builds.

General refurbishments call for an expert approach varying from simple minor works to more substantial jobs such as moving or replacing load bearing walls and dramatically altering a property; we have an extensive experience in the area and also carry out highly specialised conservation builds and refurbishments.

Conservation work is often on buildings with particular historical or architectural significance, such as listed buildings, churches and many properties owned by a regular client of ours the National Trust.

These builds are highly demanding, often requiring unusual materials and methods to preserve the make up of the building; thanks to our experience in this area we have a strong network of suppliers who have never failed to find us a material or product so far.
